Invicta – Unconquered Fitness offers a unique blend of luxury and hardcore training. From elite facilities and personalized coaching to high-intensity workouts, we help you push limits, achieve strength, and live an unconquered lifestyle. Our services include strength training, weight loss and transformation programs, personal training, group fitness sessions, cardio and conditioning, optional yoga and flexibility training, and nutrition guidance. Our facilities are located at Shop No. 113, Sharnam Aayan, Adalaj, Gandhinagar.

INDU 
OWNER & HEAD TRAINER

Indu has dedicated her life to fitness, discipline, and empowering others through strength.

Born on 20th January 1994 in Faridabad, Haryana, Indu’s journey into the world of sports began at an early age. With passion and perseverance, she went on to represent Haryana State in the fields of Taekwondo and Kickboxing, earning recognition for her skill and determination.

After marriage, her sporting journey continued as she embraced Boxing, representing Rajasthan State at the National level. Her drive to grow and excel didn’t just stop at competition – she chose to share her expertise by training countless individuals in Self-Defense and Boxing, helping them build confidence, fitness, and inner strength.

INVICTA – Unconquered Fitness is not just a fitness center for Indu – it is her dream project. A vision where fitness goes beyond machines. Here, she brings a unique approach to training, focusing on natural strength, functional workouts, self-defense, and combat training that empower both the body and the mind.
